Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Investment: Proactively secure investment through angel investors, venture capitalists, grants, or invest personal funds into the company to accelerate growth.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including crafting compelling pitch decks, presenting to potential investors, and managing the entire investment process.
Build and nurture relationships with investors, financial institutions, and funding organizations, particularly within Finland and across Europe.
Explore and apply for government grants, startup loans, and business funding programs available in Finland.
Collaborate with the founder to set the company’s strategic direction, making key business and financial decisions.
Contribute to overall product and service development, ensuring market relevance and competitive positioning.
Represent the company in high-profile business meetings, networking events, and startup accelerators to boost visibility and attract partners.
Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring the best use of funds to achieve key business milestones.

Skills and Qualifications:

Investment Capability: Ability to personally invest in the company or demonstrate a strong track record of successfully raising funds for startups.
Fundraising Experience: Extensive experience in securing capital, with a robust network of investors and knowledge of the startup funding landscape in Finland.
Strategic Vision: An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to develop and execute business strategies.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and understanding investor expectations.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Finnish language skills are a plus).
Leadership and Team Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, working closely with other founders and team members.
Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to overcoming challenges, with a focus on achieving sustainable growth.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a co-founder or in a leadership role at a tech startup.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our multi-service delivery platform. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate, helpful information about our services, including food delivery, taxi services, event planning, and online marketplace.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to improve service quality.
